The Violet comes delivered and installed certified for business, office, garage, and everything in between. This is shown with a 1′ overhang, our buildings have 6″ overhang. So this has a couple extras that a local contractor did. We install and supply the shell, the garage door openings, and all installed with clearspan steel-stud framing. We had big buildings designed with custom garages for us. We are located in California, so we had to deal with lots of permitting from the state. Big buildings made the process as easy as possible, and we even had an engineer draw up exact plans for our shop. Once we got through permitting the building was easily constructed it took the install crew about 3 days and they were great. Everything went perfectly, and I would recommend these guys at big buildings.
